Team Fun Terms of Service
Effective August 12, 2026
These terms govern use of Team Fun, a private family operations service for invited household members. By connecting an account, installing the PWA or private plugin, enabling notifications, or using Team Fun, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
You may use Team Fun only for personal and household purposes and only with accounts, calendars, recipes, files, devices, and information you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing tasks, events, calendar changes, reminders, recipe shopping previews, household rules, and other actions created at your request. Recipe suggestions and substitutions require your own judgment for allergies, dietary needs, and food safety.
Connected services
Team Fun can connect to services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, ChatGPT, Alexa, Cloudflare, and browser push providers. Connecting an account or device authorizes Team Fun to use the permissions shown during that provider's consent process to deliver the features you request. You may disconnect calendar, plugin, or notification-device access at any time. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Offline use and notifications
The PWA may queue a limited set of safe task changes while offline and replay them when connectivity returns. Conflicts require review. Push notifications and calendar alerts are convenience features and delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Team Fun handles personal and connected-account data as described in the Team Fun Privacy Policy. Do not use Team Fun to store or share information you are not authorized to provide.
Availability and responsibility
Team Fun is provided for private household convenience on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automated suggestions, availability results, reminders, and calendar operations may be incomplete or incorrect, so important appointments and commitments should be confirmed in the underlying calendar.
Access and changes
The Team Fun administrator may restrict access to protect the household, connected accounts, or service. These terms may be updated as Team Fun adds features or integrations; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
